To investigate the problems and effects of implementing evidence-based practice in the musculoskeletal field.
To undertake musculoskeletal health research in such areas as: prevention of disabilities, identification of mechanisms, determinants of health, effectiveness and cost-effectiveness, natural history of disorders, quality assurance and risk assessment.
